Return and exchange clause
When you register as a user of yomandamor and agree to accept the service of yomandamor, please carefully read and understand the whole content of this privacy clause, which constitutes an integral part of the agreement between yomandamor and the user.
By completing the registration process and clicking the “complete registration” button, you indicate that you are clearly aware of the contents of this privacy clause, and voluntarily enter into an agreement with guangzhou huipin e-commerce co., ltd. and accept all terms of service as expressed on the website of yomandamor.
When reading this agreement, please contact the customer service if you do not understand.
General provisions on return and exchange of goods: according to the product quality law of the People’s Republic of China, consumer rights and interests protection law of the People’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations, the goods have quality problems from the date of sale (subject to the actual date of signing and receiving by the customer), and the goods can be returned within 30 days after signing and receiving.
(I) inspection and rejection policy
1. In order to protect your rights and interests, please check with the delivery staff face to face when you receive the goods, including but not limited to: whether the commodity type, specification, quantity, amount, outer package, bill, etc. are consistent with the order, and sign and receive the goods without any error.
After signing, yomandamor network is no longer responsible for the above issues.
2. According to the different attributes of different commodities, you may need to check one or more of the following situations together during the inspection, including but not limited to: the warranty period of the commodities, whether the characteristics of the commodities are changed, whether the marks of the commodities are discernible, and whether the anti-fake labels of the commodities have been completely scratched.
3. If you have confirmed the above problems before signing and receiving, please sign on the logistics form for confirmation.
If your order is received by someone else, the receiver has the same rights as you, we will regard it as your signature.
If you find the problems mentioned above during the inspection, you can choose to reject the entire order by contacting customer service for confirmation when the delivery man or the delivery man is present.
(ii) return of goods
Yomandamor offers consumers seven days to apply for returns under the new credit protection law.
7 days return service freight shall be borne by consumers themselves.
The return process
1. Within 30 natural days after the goods are signed and received by the customer, if the customer finds any quality problem with the goods, the customer can submit the return application on the website of yomandamor and wait for the approval of the customer service center of yomandamor.
2. The customer service center will deal with the return application of the customer in a timely manner after accepting the application, and inform the customer of the specific processing results. In case of special circumstances, the customer service center will notify the customer in advance.
If the return conditions are met, the customer service center will confirm and accept the refund issue.
(3) goods that are not in good condition
The following circumstances shall be deemed as incomplete:
1. Open the original packaging of sealed products;
2. The goods have been used (except for quality problems) or wear and tear;
3. Tear up or alter the labels, serial Numbers and anti-counterfeiting marks without authorization;
4. Incomplete or damaged outer packing of the goods, incomplete standard accessories and gifts (such as gifts when buying), missing or altered invoices.
5. Product quality problems caused by unauthorized negligence, abuse, inputting, modification and incorrect use.
(4) refund method and freight
Upon completion of the return and exchange business (including rejection), the transaction amount (including freight) will be refunded according to the payment method you have chosen before, and the return path will be different for different payment methods:
1. If PayPal account is used for payment, the money will be returned to the PayPal account of the original payment;
2. If you use offline payment when purchasing, you need to provide our customer service with the corresponding bank card number before returning to your payment bank card;
3. When applying for refund, we suggest you inform our customer service staff and provide accurate refund methods.
Freight: freight shall be borne by consumers.
Time limit of return: products can be returned within 30 days from the date of signing
Matters needing attention:
1. Yomandamor reserves the right to pursue legal liability according to law for malicious return and replacement in the process of return and exchange and for false fraudulent conduct.
2. Yomandamor reserves the right of final interpretation of the rule to the extent permitted by law.
